I Love You Too (2023)

Artist Statement:

I Love You Too was an intimate and personal story that posed some unique challenges to capture. From the start, we prioritized dynamic camera movement and transitions to enhance the emotional depth of the scenes. I’m particularly proud of the single-take “oner” shot in the living room, which, though it took nearly two hours to perfect, brought an incredible flow and intensity to the scene.

Shooting at Arlington National Cemetery presented its own difficulties, as we contended with various elements on the day. Despite being a short sequence, capturing those shots took nearly an entire day. Each location demanded precision and patience, but the results made it all worthwhile.
